The aggregated downtime will take up to 1 hour within the maintenance window. Customers will not be able to log in to the web console and send events to the server during upgrade.

The maintenance is required in order to release version 3.1 of ESET Inspect

During the upcoming release, we anticipate that customers using 2FA authentication will remain unaffected. However, please note that logins to ESET Secure Authentication Web Console will be temporarily unavailable for up to 120 minutes. (Customers will not be able to activate 2FA for their accounts and to manage users & components).
