Please be aware that between 21 September – 22 September, outside of business hours (local time), 4Di Technologies Pty Ltd partner companies operating in East Africa will undergo a transition from ESET MSP Administrator (EMA) to ESET PROTECT Hub.

During this transition window, affected 4Di Technologies companies will experience temporary outages in the following cloud consoles, and users will not be able to log in or perform any actions within them:

• ESET MSP Administrator 2
• ESET Cloud Office Security
• ESET PROTECT
• ESET Inspect
• ESET Threat Intelligence
Important: This outage applies only to the impacted 4Di Technologies partner companies.

During the migration period, affected users may experience a brief interruption when accessing ESET Business Account. In some cases, users who are logged in during the migration may temporarily see a maintenance page while the transition is completed.

The migration is designed to minimize disruption, and any temporary unavailability of ESET Business Account is expected to last only a few minutes. Security services and customer protection remain fully operational throughout the migration period.
