Please be aware that on September 14, 2026, between 6:00 - 13:00 UTC, ESET Connect will undergo a scheduled maintenance. Customers will not be able to use APIs.
The aggregated downtime time should add up to around 5 minutes within the maintenance window.
The maintenance is required in order to release the new version of the product.

Resolved - On 3 September at 13:10, a fix was successfully deployed. All affected instances should now be accessible and operating normally. Since the deployment, no new reports of the issue have been received, indicating that the incident has been resolved.

Service Impact

The migration is designed to minimize disruption, and any temporary unavailability of ESET Business Account is expected to last only a few minutes. Security services and customer protection remain fully operational throughout the migration period.
