Please be aware that on February 17, between 8:00 - 20:00 UTC, several ESET services will undergo a scheduled maintenance. Users may not be able to:

- carry out operations with licenses in ESET Business Account
- carry out operations with licenses, pricelists, and billing in ESET MSP Administrator
- carry out operations with ESET PROTECT instances (such as creating new instances)
- see vulnerability details in Vulnerability & Patch management
- activate two-factor authentication for new user accounts, or use SMS notifications in ESET Secure Authentication
- activate new products
- ESET LiveGrid and LiveGuard might be unavailable for small periods of time during the maintenance window.

Other partial outages of other products and services might occur as well. In addition, processing of support requests may be delayed or may fail.
