Please be aware that between 22 September – 23 September, outside of business hours (local time), SI SPLET d.o.o. partner companies operating in Slovenia will undergo a transition from ESET MSP Administrator (EMA) to ESET PROTECT Hub.
During this transition window, affected SI SPLET d.o.o. companies will experience temporary outages in the following cloud consoles, and users will not be able to log in or perform any actions within them:
• ESET Business Account
• ESET MSP Administrator 2
• ESET Cloud Office Security
• ESET PROTECT
• ESET Inspect
• ESET Threat Intelligence
Important: This outage applies only to the impacted SI SPLET d.o.o. partner companies.
Please note that while access to these consoles will be unavailable during the maintenance, all customer cybersecurity services and protection will remain fully operational and unaffected.
