Please be aware that on Wednesday, 29th October, 2025, between 09:00 - 11:00 UTC, ESET Threat Intelligence will undergo a scheduled maintenance. Customers will not be able to access ESET Threat Intelligence Portal (eti.eset.com) and ESET Malware Sharing Information Platform (misp.eset.com).
The aggregated downtime time should add up to around 15 minutes within the maintenance window.
The maintenance is required in order to update infrastructure for improved security and performance. As part of this update, the IP address of eti.eset.com and misp.eset.com will change from 20.31.123.179 to 159.60.151.106. Please ensure that your network firewalls are updated accordingly to allow traffic to the new IP address.
