Please be aware that between August 17 and August 30, 2026, selected customers will be transitioned from ESET Business Account (EBA) to ESET PROTECT Hub (EPH) as part of the ongoing platform migration.
During the migration period, affected users may experience a brief interruption when accessing ESET Business Account. In some cases, users who are logged in during the migration may temporarily see a maintenance page while the transition is completed.
Service Impact
The migration is designed to minimize disruption, and any temporary unavailability of ESET Business Account is expected to last only a few minutes. Security services and customer protection remain fully operational throughout the migration period.
