Please be aware that on 28/Feb/2026, between 07:00 - 15:00 UTC, ESET LiveGuard will undergo a scheduled maintenance. Customers will not be able to submit new samples. All samples submitted before 07:00 will be processed as usual. Submission of new samples will be restored once the maintenance is completed.
The aggregated downtime is expected to be between 240 and 480 minutes within the maintenance window. The maintenance is required in order to improve database performance and to perform necessary upgrades and patching.
