Please be aware that on October 20, 2023 between 6:30 and 15:00 UTC the ESET Inspect Cloud operation team will conduct a scheduled release of a new version that will cause customers to not be able to log in to the web console and send events to the server. Instances with up to 1000 seats in all regions will be affected and the expected individual downtime should be around 2 hours within the planned maintenance window.
