Scheduled Maintenance

[ESET Secure Authentication] planned maintenance Jul 28, 2025 10:00-16:00 CEST

Please be aware that on July 28, 2025 between 08:00 - 14:00 UTC, ESET Secure Authentication service will undergo a scheduled maintenance.

During the upcoming release, we anticipate that customers using 2FA authentication will remain unaffected. However, please note that logins to ESET Secure Authentication Web Console will be temporarily unavailable for up to 120 minutes. (Customers will not be able to activate 2FA for their accounts and to manage users & components).

Scheduled - Please be aware that between 7:00 UTC on 22 July 2025 and 15:00 UTC on 23 July 2025 the new version of ESET Inspect will be released. Customers will not be able to log in to the web console and send events to the server during upgrade.

The aggregated downtime time will depend of the instance size and will take up to 2 hours within the maintenance window.

The maintenance is required in order to release version 2.7 of ESET Inspect
