[ESET Secure Authentication] planned maintenance Apr 22, 2025 10:00-16:00 CEST

Please be aware that on April 22, 2025 between 08:00 - 14:00 UTC, ESET Secure Authentication service will undergo a scheduled maintenance.

During the upcoming release, we anticipate that customers using 2FA authentication will remain unaffected. However, please note that logins to ESET Secure Authentication Web Console will be temporarily unavailable for up to 90 minutes. (Customers will not be able to activate 2FA for their accounts and to manage users & components).

- EU region audit logs sending is up to date
- Events from ESET Inspect and ESET Protect are still delayed in EU region by an hour - the delay is shortening over time and eventually will be gone.
